-60 Days Or More Before Arrival - 15% Of the Tour/Service Cost.
-59 Days - 30 Days Before Arrival - 30% Of the Tour/Service Cost.
-29 Days - 15 Days Before Arrival - 50% Of the Tour/Service Cost.
-14 Days – 0 Days, Before Arrival or No Show - No Refund.

Note: If Booking for Following Period Is/Are Cancelled, Due to Whatsoever Reason, No Refund Would Be Made for Said Cancellation.
High Peak Season Bookings (From 20th December to 15th January).
Festival Period Bookings (Festivals Like -Diwali, Dussehra, Holi, Pushkar Fair Etc).

2. Itinerary:

2.1 Tour Details:

- The itinerary includes details of destinations, activities, accommodations, and transportation arrangements.

- While we endeavor to adhere to the itinerary, circumstances such as weather conditions, local holidays, or unforeseen events may require adjustments.

2.2 Changes to Itinerary:

- We reserve the right to modify the itinerary or substitute accommodations, activities, or transportation as necessary.

- Any significant changes will be communicated to you as soon as possible.

2.3 Optional Activities:

- Optional activities not included in the tour package may be available at additional costs.

- Participation in optional activities is at your own risk.

3. Travel Documentation:

3.1 Passport and Visa:

- It is your responsibility to ensure that your passport is valid for at least six months beyond the completion of your tour.

- You are responsible for obtaining all necessary visas and permits for the countries visited during your tour.

3.2 Health Requirements:

- You are responsible for checking and complying with health requirements and recommendations for the destinations visited.

- We recommend consulting a healthcare professional for specific medical advice related to your travel.

4. Health and Safety:

- If we cancel a tour, you will be offered the choice of an alternative tour or a full refund of payments made.
